What is Grid Trading?
Grid Trading splits a price range into several levels (grids) and places buy and sell orders at each level. When the price falls, the system buys; when it rises, the system sells. This lets you profit from volatility without predicting the market's direction.
Set up Auto Grid Trade in 5 steps
- Choose a trading pair, such as BTC/THB.
- Set your budget. The system spreads it across the grid levels.
- Set the lowest and highest price. The system only trades within this range.
- Choose the number of grids, from 1 to 200. More grids mean more frequent trades.
- Review and confirm. The strategy starts right away, and you can stop or adjust it at any time.
Worked example
Say you set a budget of 1,000,000 THB for BTC/THB, with a range of 2,500,000–3,500,000 THB and 100 grids.
- Gap between grids = (3,500,000 − 2,500,000) ÷ 100 = 10,000 THB
- Amount per grid = 1,000,000 ÷ 100 = 10,000 THB
