Terms and Conditions

1. The “Max Point to BTC” campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Maxbit Digital Asset Co., Ltd. (“Company”).  

2. The Campaign runs from 21 September 2026 at 10:00 AM to 30 September 2026 at 11:59 PM, or until all available redemptions have been fully claimed, whichever occurs first.  

3. To be eligible to participate in the Campaign, participants must be Maxbit users who:  

• Have a Maxbit account and have successfully completed identity verification (KYC);  

• Have a Max Card linked to their Max Me account; and  

• Have successfully connected their Max Me account through the Maxbit application.  

4. To participate in the Campaign, participants must use 500 Max Point per redemption to receive 0.00001500 Bitcoin (BTC), equivalent to 1,500 SAT, through the Privilege page on the Maxbit application. The following conditions apply:  

• Participants may make multiple redemptions based on their available Max Point, subject to the total number of available redemptions.  

• Each successful redemption will count as one redemption.  

• The Campaign is limited to a total of 10,000 redemptions. Redemptions will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date and time each transaction is successfully completed.  

• The Campaign will end when the specified Campaign period expires or when all 10,000 redemptions have been claimed, whichever occurs first.  

• If the price of Bitcoin (BTC) rises above THB 3,000,000 per BTC, the Company reserves the right to review and adjust the number of Max Point required and/or the amount of Bitcoin (BTC) received, as deemed appropriate, without prior notice.  

5. A redemption will be considered successful once the Max Point have been deducted and the transaction status is shown as successfully completed. Max Point used for a successful redemption cannot be cancelled or refunded.  

6. Campaign rewards cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or substituted for any other reward. The Company reserves the right to amend the Campaign terms and conditions without prior notice.  

7. The reward will be automatically deposited into your digital wallet within 24 hours of successful redemption. If you notice anything unusual, please contact Customer Service.
